Oracle Campus Amenities

Oracle Campus is situated along the New River near the small town of Independence, Virginia in a region of the Blue Ridge Mountains nicknamed the “Virginia Highlands,” due to its striking similarity to the Scottish Highlands and because many Scots-Irish immigrants settled here.

- 7 Homes, including our Guest House
- Peace Pentagon conference center
- Turtle Island Labyrinth
- Peace Pole Medicine Wheel
- Kogi Kiva
- Campground with an outdoor kitchen pavilion and bathhouse
- Hiking trails and fish pond
- Animal Barn and raised-bed garden

Oracle Guest House and Campground
Oracle Guest House: Our Guest House is open year-round to visitors. We call it the “River House” because it is perched above the New River and has spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. To make a Guest House reservation, click here.
Oracle Campground: Our Campground is open April through October each year. It is the perfect spot to camp while visiting Mt. Rogers and the Appalachian Trail. Located along Saddle Creek, the campground boasts an outdoor kitchen and new bathhouse. Tent camping only (not suitable for RVs).

To Rent the Peace Pentagon Conference Center
We also rent the Peace Pentagon to other organizations and groups that wish to hold an event at Oracle Campus. To inquire about holding your own retreat, wedding, or other type of gathering, please contact: Laura@TheOracleInstitute.org
